These houses have started since the year started. That had three foundations they started with. Which was constructed incorrectly. All three had to re-do that was in February. At first Modular builds was on Facebook saying, "rain or sun" no matter the weather nothing can stop the pase. Work halted for some time , look across the road and those 5 houses started after that constructed. They are almost completed. Anyway we all have to be careful with what you say. Lets hope the prefab houses stands up to durability.
The guys showing the president the first house has a West London accent, I'd say Wembley/Southall area. I presume an entrepreneur branching out, those houses are very quick solutions to housing needs but not of good quality.
None of these houses are completely finish. What are you doing about it. The contractor had so much of dry weather and not one of those houses is finish. Is this a bluff.
Imagine in this day and age guyana don't have a proper media there's no proper video system to black out unwanted sounds, these people are a pack of jokers
Those are real crappy houses, the bathrooms are no good real cheap work, and how will you use the kitchen with a big window in your way? So much better can be done for the people of this country

Houses need to be a few feet above ground level due to high water levels and flooding.
