    Thanks Coach!! You are helping many of us with our training. Race day is when we get to put that training to the test. I have seen lots of questions about fueling on the long races that many of us are involved with. This video answered A LOT of questions!! Amazing job!!!

    Really interesting and informative as always. Thanks Coach. There is a lot to think about. I base my training diet on promoting good gut health. Therefore I have tried to avoid any bars or processed food which can cause gut issues unless racing. The caveat is one of my friends suggested I try some maltodextrin and I was astounded at how much easier a Zwift race was. This may sound crazy but I noticed how much sharper I was mentally and was able to react faster and therefor stay in the draft ./ save energy and produce higher peak power in the sprint.

    Awesome info Coach, I think fueling before rides during rides and after rides is very conversing for most and food consumption in general is very confusing for us all. Specially if ya trying to lose some weight as well.
    I might hold back on the electrolytes now as I have these on every ride !!

    Hi mate , do you offer any 1-2-1 calls etc ? I am experiencing blood sugar lows during early morning workouts (confirmed by cgm) and then subsequent reactive hypoglycaemia the rest of the day after workouts any advice or tips
