This may be the best hiphop album in a long time. Finally someone has delivered that golden era, raw, streets sound, with tight flow, some fierce rhymes and savage samples. With three weeks left in 2014, it's got to be the album of the year, even hotter than School Boy Q and that album was hot. But this track kills them all. Keep it coming!
***** I don't live under a rock. I just think this is grittier. I like Premier's use of sampling and Royce's flow. For my money, School Boy Q's albums is also better than Kendrick's ... Still, I'll take back the 15-20 years remark. It's all subjective.
