I know probably no one cares, but I have been having a rough time dealing with depression. Yesterday was my first day listening to classic music on a playlist, and there was this moment where the song “daydreaming” came out and I just couldn't stop crying, not because I was feeling sad but because I was feeling something I had never felt before. This man is amazing.

This music helps me. Helps me forget what's going on in my life. Because honestly, my life SUCKS right now. MY youngest sister, who is only nine years old, broke her neck in a car accident that me and some of my other siblings were in. So now she's in the hospital, and she could come hme not able to breath on her own nor eat on her own. And on top of that, Mom has been in the hospital for eight weeks because of a perferated colon. The hospital they're in (they are in the same one) is an hour away from home and we aren't allowed to visit them because of the virus. So, this music helps me a LOT!!! Thank You Luke Faulkner for this AMAZING music!!!B HAve a good day!

This is SO beautiful, and I love the choice of musicians - many I hadn't heard before, some old friends. Halidon introduced me to Luke Faulkner, and bless you, he's a treat. Inspires me to dance in ways that release challenging energies, moving emotion through motion through and out of the body. Never run from your darker and more difficult feelings - they too have gifts when we sit with them in somatic tracking, or transform our trauma into art through music, visual art, dancing ,or theatre. Music makes us stronger, energizes, calms, and heals all at once. A universal language!

This is where I found Yann Tiersen almost three years ago. He's music's been helping me during my hard times. I'm fascinated with his music now. I even started learning playing the piano and have already learned a few Yann's pieces. Thanks for this video, it changed a lot in my life.

Classical music is beautiful. For one very important reason. It allows, the brain to rest. We can then, approach our lives. In a way, that is less distracted by our emotions.
