I have discovered that classical music can be played in the background when studying literally any subject and it never diverts my attention like pop songs. its amazing
extraordinary and emotionally demanding for others.
I find it's the lyrics that distract (annoy/disgust) me in pop songs. If you make instrumental versions of pop songs, they're lovely as background music.

Great to listen to especially if stressed music is a form of relaxation and relief. What I love about classical music there are no lyrics so you can’t get caught in in emotions but just simply relax and go into a deep state, and truly clear your mind.
