I HAVE MY SPLITS BTW AND THIS IS COMING FROM A DANCER‼️‼️‼️yall it's impossible to get your splits in ten minutes unless you absolutely force it. you get your splits by being consistent with a stretch routine and even if it hurts, go deeper into the stretch until you feel that you can't anymore. don't force it tho, it only causes problems later trust me! i'd recommend anna mcnulty stretch routines they are mostly how i got all of my splits when practicing at home! i got them from dance but practicing at home helps you go deeper and stuff. hope this helps

MAKE SURE TO MOVE AHEAD ONLY WHEN YOU ARE SITTING ON THE PILLOW) 2-Hold your split to max (to the point you can reach) for 30 seconds second at least 2 to 5 sets daily 3-While doing a split keeps your arm and spine straight in the air (helps slowly but does) 4-Daily stretching,if not daily than 4 days a week 1.THE MOST EFFECTIVE ONE IS THE 2ND ONE AND THAN COMES THE PILLOW OR THE 1ST TRICK AND THAN THE 3RD ONE BUT HEPLS LIKE MY COMMENT
This actually helped me in 10 minutes I was so so so close to getting my full split so I can’t imagine what an hour or day of this would help! I’m not even flexible so Tysm!
⚠️ ITS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GE TYOUR SPLIT IN 10 MIN ⚠️ unless you are already very flexible and only about an inch off the ground if you aren’t flexible at all you will need a few weeks maybe even months or years to get it!! I recommend doing this routine daily for a better split!!❤
