Pt.2 of our epic adventure dyno session at pfi speed! We had a head gasket failure on the dyno due to it being a felpro, lucky I came to the right place and they had D16 JE Pro seal Headgasket in stock! Less then an hour and a half later we were back on the dyno making pulls with a fresh head gasket, new stud, Dw 400 fuel pump, and a Garrett Gt3082r ball bearing turbo to replace the Surging eBay turbo!

Man you need to start watching boostedboiz they might but 2 k24's together in a mk3 supra. Awd k-swaped Subaru with a very well built engine and just sooo much more cool ass stuff on Kyle and Brent's channels

@FDMtech Well sure, but most of what makes a tuner's specialty is their knowledge of the mechanical side of the engine. If something's not right, being able to know what might be causing it and being able to fix it quickly.
I've always told people not to underestimate the d-series. They don't have the torque of the K's but with the right set up, they're just as good and you can build them a hell of a lot cheaper. I mean that motor's been used in Honda's over twenty years so oem and aftermarket parts are left and right for cheap.
In all the years of knowing Brent he's always gone above and beyond for his friends/customers. He just wants people to have as much fun as he does. Cant wait to see you rip this around. Be ready for zero traction!!!

changed a headgasket in less than a hour and half... how much they charge for shop time there at pfi? daaaamn, that's fast. Took me all weekend to do my d17.
You forgot to mention the turbo swap and fuel pump swap. On the dyno! Lol so sick.
I did a head gasket in a Nissan Altima not to long ago for 1000 labor did it in 4 hours
To everyone who thinks PFIs Dyno numbers are fake, always look at the immaculate detail and time they actually put into these builds. They are no joke.

keep the Honda and keep up the content with it. Get some bigger injectors and a fuel pressure regulator and go back and dyno it again.

I had the same fuel pressure regulator problem I just put a stock one time for the dyno again 💪🏼 love seeing the single cams get love
I would put dual mufflers on it and make it super quiet, like stock level and use an electric cutout for power runs.

Your videos are giving me a ton of motivation on my d16 build. Been turbo for a while with a stock y7, but I'm building another bottom end on the side. This makes me feel like my power goal of 300hp isn't that crazy. Now I just need to drive to PFI from Iowa... lol
