1:54 if Kingpin was a traditional minifigure, I’d probably see it as more of a Hagrid-like minifigure with a larger torso, though a big fig is much more likely.

Doc Ock was such a surprise in the movie like I knew Ock was in the movie as the tentacles appeared in the Spider-Gwen clip and a TV Spot but I thought she was going to be from Gwen’s dimension and cross over to help Kingpin judging by the tentacles being in Gwen’s clip having it be revealed she was the weird haired scientist was amazing and she needs to be the main villain in the female led spin-off they’re planning

In my opinion we already kind of have spider-verse sets with the 2019 spider-man sets which all of the sets except the junior sets have an alternate reality version of Spidey.
Interestingly enough, in Germany they claim that the new Spider-Man sets are based on Into the Spiderverse,
Dalek Bricks the spider man sets are meant to be them I guess the couldn't get the rights for the movie

What you could have done for scorpion is use the piece for spy clops for the base from agent and the claw piece from bionicle skull spider along with the scorpion stinger piece and the fly monster claw from the monster series
