MMMbop is a great guilty pleasure to have! It's a song written and performed by children, for 90s kids. And the video is just three brothers having fun. No deep meaning, no need to try and figure out the lyrics. Its just a fun bop from three very talented kids who must have been learning music from a very early age. You're just meant to have fun. This was THE jam for 90s kids. It wasn't just a big hit, it was a phenomenon! And they're so young! The oldest is 16 yr old Isaac, he's guitarist and second vocalist. Middle is 14 yr old Taylor, he's keyboard and lead vocalist. Youngest is 11 yr old Zac, he's drums and backup vocalists. Hanson is interesting... they were essentially a one hit wonder (though, I would argue that their song This Time Around that they came out with several years later when they were a bit more mature and wrote deeper songs, was equally if not better than MMMBop) and dropped out of Mainstream after a couple years. However, they are actually still making music. Still performing and everything - you can watch some of their recent performances and releases on their YT channel. And their new music is interesting as well, kind of experimental, almost. Give Hanson another shot - check out This Time Around. It's my fav Hanson song and it's strong in the 00s nostalgia!
You have so many relationships in this life, only one or two will last. You go through all this pain and strife and you turn your bzck and they're gone so fast,. So hold on to the ones who really care, in the end they'll be the only ones there.
