    What else would I need to run the Kings with 37's? On a sasquatch equipped model?

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před 2 lety

      Hi Jose! You’ll need upper control arms to work with the Kings! Tubular or Billet, your choice, but necessary. That’s it though, coilovers and UCA’s. You might need to trim a little bit, but probably not on a sassie! Let us know if we can out together a package deal for you with the shocks and UCAs! We’ll be open again on Monday! A leveling kit is enough to run actual 35s or 315s but the crash bars should be removed to keep 100% range.

    Thx for the video.
    Quick question: I'll have a 2dr sasquatch badlands (when they fix the recalled airbag 😠) and wondering if I replaced the suspension with aftermarket coilovers and control arms, would I loose any functionality or benefit from the stock badlands sasquatch shocks/suspension? Thx

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey, sorry to hear about the airbag recall! There is no integrated functionality with the shocks or control arms that will be disabled if you replace with aftermarket parts. You can upgrade to any of the products out there, and the Bronco will function exactly the same, but depending on which parts you go with, you'll gain more wheel travel, better damping performance, and adjustability. We'd love to help narrow down your suspension choices, don't hesitate to give us a call toll free at 833.MOTOROSO.

    Great info. What trimming is involved to fit 37’s on a non-Sas with the 3.5 lift?

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před 2 lety +1

      We haven’t done it yet, but ours is non-squatch so we’ll be doing exactly this very soon. Sub the channel for a how-to video when we do. I’m pretty sure the crash bar has to come out, and probably at the back of the feint fender inside.

    The king sets are only available if you buy wheels and tires too? Do you ship them mounted and balanced?

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před rokem +1

      We have a few sets that we’re only offering as part of a package. Typically at least control arms, wheels and tires. Ideally we’d like to put together a full build package with bumpers and lighting as well. We typically don’t mount/balance, but might be able to work something out.

    What about replacement axles for those larger ring and pinions to run 38s?

  • @thomaspiazza5438
    @thomaspiazza5438 Před rokem

    Im looking to install lift kit but Im not sure what is the best build. I was considering Fab tech complete system and considering Tera-lex because of the simplicity of adjusting the shocks. I only want to do this once so I’m looking for a good solution . I want to have the capability to put 37s on at a latter date. I have a SAS 2.7 outbanks with 35s.

    I'm getting a Bronco badlands non sasquatch. I would like to add 37s without changing too much of the original suspension function which is the best option to go with

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před 2 lety +2

      Hey Flo, you have several options, as we outlined in the video. Hard to say what’s “best” because it depends how you’ll use it. To fit 37’s you’ll need at least 3.5” of lift, which means you’ll need to have the Upper Control Arms for sure. So there’s some simple kits that include all that you would need without replacing the shocks. Drop us an email at info@motoroso.com or call us @ 833.668.6767 during regular business hours and we’ll gladly help find the right kit within your budget. And we can help with wheels and tires too!

    Love your vids! Thanks. Question, what is the minimum lift needed to run 37s on a 2dr badlands sasquatch?

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před rokem

      3” from where you’re at now, and a little bit of trimming to fit the 37’s.

    • @stephenschonke2640
      @stephenschonke2640 Před rokem

      @@Motoroso Really, I didn't think it would need more than 2, but that is why I asked an expert. So, what are my options?

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před rokem +1

      @@stephenschonke2640 well, +2” from where you’re at now you may be able to fit the 37’s, just would require more trimming. It’ll also depend on which bumper you have, I believe the plastic bumper will get in the way. We recommend coilovers so that you have ride height adjustments and can set it exactly where you want/need it.

    What about the baja kits products looks like they include the correct axle shafts and extended arms with kings just under $9000

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před rokem

      Yes, that's their new 3" wider Pre-runner kit. That wasn't at SEMA in '21, but it's out now and that'll be at SEMA this year. If you're interested in doing that kit, get in touch with us, we are an official Baja Kits dealer and we have a few sets of Kings coming in soon.

      @@Motoroso So would you say that this is a better kit than icon for the money or is there something I am missing on the icon

    • @Motoroso
      @Motoroso  Před rokem

      @@toddgruetzmacher6558 Well we're talking about two totally different things now. If I understood you correctly, you were asking about the pre-runner kit which widens the vehicle 3" on each side, and replaces the lower and upper control arms, it's a pretty wild kit. All of the icon stuff maintains factory lower control arm. Some of the Icon stuff is great, but the King Shocks with Baja UCA's is a great set up as well, especially for really hard offroading. I invite you to give us a call at 833.MOTOROSO (833.668.6767), might be easier to talk through your whole build and what you're looking to accomplish.
