When he had the heat stroke I believe he was also under going multiple organ failure. He required dialysis at the time to stabilize him.

People should stop acting surprised about Martin's condition. The man has been exhibiting significantly lower energy over the last 20 years in comparison to how he was in the 90s. However, making this a story is a bit tacky to me. Lots of people are sensationalizing it, and I feel it's unnecessary. He is clearly overcoming health challenges, which is his business.

It looks like Martin's handlers sat him ALL the way down!! Martin is not okay and neither is Lark Voorhees. Is that a coincidence I don't know. But they were both vibrant in their careers then all of a sudden mental illnesses take hold. We may never know the true story. But I pray for them both. It is sad to see they are both struggling as a result. I wish them well.

My heart goes to Martin. It's not drinking or similar but it seems that some consequences of a possible stroke he had some years ago. Or, he may have some mental issues. Whatever it is, it's not easy for him and his family. Let's be humble as he is, after all, just a human being like us. Plus, we never know what comes our way.

Martin has been on psychotropics for his stress and Bipolar Disorder for years. These meds does affect you for years. I am a Mental Health Professional and I see these symptoms all the time. What physicians do not tell you is the long term symptoms of these Meds.

It's gotta be all of the above. Bipolar meds have something to do with it, old age has something to do with it, and just not prioritizing physical fitness as much, maybe due to getting old and having all those old man aches and pains. A combination of all that has zapped his comedic energy and it has shown in his roles and media appearances. He hasn't had the classic Martin energy since at least 2011 with Big Momma's House 3.

I think when you play a certain character always entertaining and trying to make people laugh it can become exhausting because people can start to expect you to be one way.
Losing someone is not going to make you slur your words, move slow, etc. With that said, being in the medical field, there is something definitely wrong….but he isn’t ready to tell the world and we need to accept that.
