Williams said that even though people assumed he faded into the sunset after the incident with Jamie Foxx, he actually put together the Starz channel's first original program, "Martin Lawrence Presents 1st Amendment Stand Up." Anyone who is a Martin fan since back in the day can tell Martin acts way different since the stroke. Watch an episode of Martin and then watch the show with Kelset Grammar. I will say that Bad Boys 3 Martin acts more like old Martin than some of his other recent stuff. I feel like he had to undergo some therapy or something to make that happen. Plus they edited the film in a way that made it less obvious.
Martin looked "Souless" in Bad Boys. He definitively does not act the same as in his younger days.

My problem with Bad Boys 2 was how wimpy they made Martin's character compared to how he was in the first film. The third Bad Boys did improve his character quite a bit, so I was happy about that.
