Hi Tony. I didn’t ask while I was there so im afraid I don’t know. What I do know though is it’s very easy to upgrade or get extras onto your original booking when you get there. if you get Pyramid package its ALL INCLUSIVE. more less but if you get Grand Oasis Vacation package its really bad. Not even bottled water in rooms. Empty mini fridge, No acces to many high end restaurants that are off limts for blue bracelets only Black brcelets. but they dont tell you this in their promo vids

Did you find this resort enjoyable despite many negative reviews?
I honestly really enjoyed it. The bad reviews I read before my visit made me aware of things that may annoy me but once I knew them I wasn’t really bothered by them or I knew to think of alternatives. I would do the exact trip again if I could 😍😍😍 I hope you found it helpful!
