Scrap Happy Flip Through Towel Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs
The Scrap Happy Flip Through Towel is
The 2nd Crochet Pattern For Our
"Scrap Happy Crochet A Long 2022".
Our goal is to use up our scrap and left over yarns
and make some fun and useful projects.
The Crochet Pattern is released on the 3rd
    Tuesday of each month.
And will have a Written Pattern, a Photo Tutorial
    and a Video Tutorial.
This Month's Crochet Pattern, The Scrap Happy Flip
Through Towel, is made using left over Med (4)
cotton yarns. You can stitch it randomly or
    control the color stripes.
I love stitching them up both ways.
The top of the towel has a slot to flip the towel through,
so it can be hung up on a towel bar or handle.
So it's great for the Kitchen or the bathroom.
You get a nice texture from the
Half Double Crochet V sts (hdc Vst)
that will work great for drying the dishes,
counters, sinks and tubs. It also looks really pretty
    hanging up.

Hey Sara!, love this kitchen towel idea!! So easy and very functional!! Love how it flips!! No buttons, etc… it would be fun to add one or more small themed buttons (like bees!!) to the very bottom left or right sides!!! I have several sets of those…
Many different color themes for family n friends too. Make great gift set additions too!!
    Blessings 🌻

Thanks, I don't suggest adding buttons, if using for drying, it might get pans, plates or dishes scratched. A Crochet Applique might be cute.

My sister has a store where she sells honey and honey products from her own bees as well as various items from local crafters. I've made some other crochet items for her to sell and now I'm working on a 3 piece set for kitchens that includes a dish cloth, drying mat and hand towel but didn't have a pattern for the towel but now I do. Thanks for sharing this and for making the instructions so clear.
The first set will be yellow with black stripes to look like a bee 🐝 . I have a feeling it will never make it to the store for sale though because she's going to want it for herself 😂.
