Hey there. So whenever I try this I get another screen. In quick summary it looks like this
SS RDX
User press reset keys for 7 sec
Generating Summary...
>>General info
>>DDR info
>>APSS
And quite a few other things. Then on the bottom it says
(To PC) connect USB cable or
(To SD) press Vol up +Vol down
(RDX again) press Vol up +Powerkey 3 sec
(RDX Exit) press Vol down +Powerkey 3 sec

I have tried over and over again to do the factory reset on my note 10 plus but it doesn't seem to wanna work!! A different screen pops up!!

Just go into security locks teen settings and turn off password lock or something like that
You can't do anything on this its a phone setting .when you switch off and on your phone it will always ask for pin or password first. Then it will back to finger and pin lock।

It goes to the enter password screen with the emergency number.
