      @princejaxisblack8789 Před 3 lety +14

      @Luke Lohmolder Here's why it's unblurred:
      First, unless the people involved sign a model release you cant show their images in a way which actually identifies them clearly unless you meet some rather vague conditions, none of which the producers probably want to have adjudicated every few days. You can show images of crowds but not individuals in most circumstances.
      Second, some of these individuals are later discovered to be juveniles and it is illegal in most jurisdictions to give out any information whatever about juveniles involved in any crimes, even if convicted,
      unless they are adjudicated as adults.
      Thirdly, there is the law of libel/slander which would open the producers and possibly the stations showing the program to civil suit because the TV program in particular violated his rights and put him on national media without his consent. Legally criminals (especially ones that haven't been charged yet) have rights too. Especially when they haven't been convicted of the crime yet, for all we know there could have been a backstory that could put this assault on a different level. It was probably an unprovoked attack but you can't tell from a soundless video clip
      Now that its explained stop pulling the victim/race card like "they protected him cuz he was black" or "if he was white they would have unblurred" there are dozens of CCTV footage of unblurred black AND white people doing crime.
      People like you are the reason racism is still alive and a issue. 🤦🏿‍♂️

They drove up next to us, on my side and one guy stuck himself out of the car window and leaned over to punch our car. My guy was pissed and pulled into a shopping center. Two cars followed us. We didn’t know there were 2 cars at first. I told my guy no, so he tried to leave, but one of the guys ran up to our car and punched the window, breaking it. That was it! My guy threw the car in park & jumped out. 4 guys rushed him. He had 2 guys and was rolling on the ground. 6 more stood around trying to kick him. I knew this was bad. I’m small, 4’ 10”, 104 lbs. (preggers), but I jumped right in. I jumped on one of the guys on the ground. He turned around, ready to swing at me, but instead said, oh no, girl, then my guy yelled, don’t hit her, she’s pregnant! The fighting stopped instantly. A lady started yelling that she called 911. The guys dig out! Cops came took all the info, then called us back later that night to let us know that they were a dangerous gang. I told them I wanted my window fixed. My father in law didn’t want trouble, so he paid for it to be fixed. I wanted the gang to pay for it but everyone else was scared they would retaliate.

Incidents like that need proof, deciding or finding out what the suspects intentions were, and lastly deciding the extent of the crime meaning they need to figure out how violent or hurtful it was to bring it to court, something as easy as that thought likely doesn't even need a court case and the police should be able to take care of it without even providing compensation, which is why I don't understand why such a minor incident like this that happens everywhere is on the news.

      @@elsafolgar5224 Here's why it's unblurred:

Yes, white supremacists exist, but they don’t have much power. In fact they have no power. Antifa and BLM have the most power if you think about it. They can harass anyone (mostly Blacks btw) and destroy properties without being persecuted and they have the mass media’s support.

US have problems with blacks and latinos, Europe have problems with muslims and africans. Same problems, different people. In the US they are your own people, in Europe they are foreigners (better say invaders). In Europe you are going to be arrested if you videotape criminal in action and show his face or pay fine at minimum. You are better, in the US murderers face tens or hundreds years and life sentences, Europe murderers face 10-15 years and after half he is released!!! Only extraordinary murders face 20 years in prison and extraordinary rare there is lifesentences. Dont believe? Best example Anders Behring Breivik killed 77 people mostly teens get 21 years in prison!!!!! And weapons for selfdefence almost banned all around Europe. Teen (doesnt matter if he is 10 or 17) criminals even murderers and rapists released automatically after reach 18 years of age!!! With clean shield. Extraordinary rare they are sentenced for more, but under 18 automatically sentences are half at maximum (so murder 10-15 / 2 years).

    “We’ve blurred the mans face because he hasn’t been arrested”. Are you kidding me! And what would have been the narration if the black guy had attacked the biz owner and gotten shot? Unarmed black gentleman shot by right wing store owner!

      Seriously! There would have been a BLM protest in front of the store and the store would have gone out of business because people care about the criminal than the law-abiding citizens. That’s what Oberlin College almost did to that bakery for catching Black students that shoplifted.
