Its sickening and messed up for spouses to call uscis to talk shit about their spouse. The only time its acceptable is if the spouse is genuinely abusive.

My spouse came to US last year and receive her green card but the middle name was misspelt. We filed a I90 and did biometrics already. Is it ok to still travel with current green card?

Hello, my son has married a US citizen he has been in the US for about 8 months but his wife has been controlling, violent drinking heavily and taking drugs. He told her he wanted a divorce, she has now stopped everything, they have a joint bank account but she has moved money from it, she has cut his WiFi access and taken his US phone. She threw him out and arranged he stay at her moms. Her mother then attacked him and set her dog on him. He called the police and they helped the family get him a hotel for 1 night. He had to return because he had no money to stay longer.
She says she won’t buy food or give him use of one of the 2 cars, she also said she will not abide by the affidavit of support.

At least it got approved, we are still waiting since 2018 when I applied to remove the conditions on my green card! So exhausting and frustrating, but we got faith 🙌🏿

I have filed I-130 for my spouse in March 2020 and till today my case is still pending . I am USA citizen but still my case is been on process for more than 35 months. I tried to make an inquiry through congressman , that did not work at all. Anyone have have any suggestion what should I do. Is ok to file K-3 while simultaneously waiting for I-130.

is your case approved ? if so filing K3 is useless as they will cancel it since the case is already approved. If the case is not approved then you can apply for this . I had gone through the same , I filed for K visa but in the mean time my case was approved so they cancelled my K visa. Even after the case if approved getting the visa interview is also a long process. All the best

Can you please share info on why USCIS has not mail my green card yet. I arrived in US May 22, I paid the USCIS immigrant fee May 11.
What does ur status say on uscis when u put in the IOE receipt# for the green card . Not the I-130 receipt#.
Hi! I am in the process also and have similar dates to you. It takes much longer....you have their website and you should see your case status there(with your login and password)....it shows the expected time which usually decreases according to your Lawyer and case file. Have a good day!!

I got a letter they will be sending me EAD card so all is going well but I still dont have interview date, it says in 8 months. I am also learning about all this. I will ask my lawyer about it if I got EAD card can I work before Interview. I think I can becasue interview is regards my marriage but I must check.

1) I have been calling to USCIS 3 mounts, can't get through anyone to speak with real person.
Always Emma. I like her. But unfortunately she can not help me out.

2) Do I have to apply again for I-90
If my renewal GC package has been returned back to USCIS facility, because I have changed my mail address. But I had informed USCIS before It's arrived on my old address.
Anyway it's now in USCIS my package. What I should do?????
