My TF talked to me suprisely yesterday, this was the third times he took off. The day before yesterday ,I decided to let go my thoughts, old beilefs, any outcomes,the past, 3d physical world . I guess this was the reason he showed up. What I letting go is my minds ,the old me ,not my TF. It's all about myself , not him. I have my inner stillness and happiness at every present moment.
Kurt, only bcos of u I had let go of chasing and detaching by listening to your free videos.....u know, what happened last night, I shifted energetically into consciousness and let go of thinking, and today morning surprisingly I woke up by my DM's call which I couldn't attend so he had texted me on both WhatsApp and Instagram. He unblocked me in both and messaged me. Well, now I know that he is my true DM, my true tf. Thank u sooo sooo much kurt. He said he still loves me and wants to see me. I now know that my DM stays when I make a lifestyle out of zen. I am now slowing down and being still all the time.
Guys listen to Kurt I was meditating and going within and slowly stopped thinking about him and then out of the blue he came back, I now know what neutrality feels like and Kurt was right, they don’t leave you alone! I’m so thankful for everything I was taught❤️ also he was right too it really isn’t what you think it is

@@MyAridos yes but they weren’t obsessive and I could get them out of my head quicker if I paid attention to the things around me. Also you will know bc the periods will get longer when you don’t think about them

I'm starting to understand that this person was not my tf, which is in some ways a relief. And even though the outcome was not the one I expected, following Kurts free stuff and daily reminders opened up an amazing world for me. This is the way even if you are alone.

We have stayed friends since the break up, he’s the runner I’m the chaser, also he is 10 years younger than me I hear that’s a thing. Anyway on Friday I finally felt I couldn’t be bothered to reply to his messages anymore, I suddenly had this realisation that I’d been holding onto hope that the messages would lead to more and I finally realised that actually that’s not gonna happen and maybe he’s only still messaging me because he feels guilty for hurting me. It was almost like something shifted in me energetically. That very day he asks if we can call out of the blue, haven’t done that since we broke up, we called for an hour before he had to go do something, nothing romantic but we were laughing like we used to, then he asked if we could call again before he went to bed. But because of that I started getting my hopes up and now I’m back to square one where I feel like he’s keeping me at arms length again. But it shows that he must have felt that shift so I know it works I just need to be strong and get in that mindset again!
Today I found 7 years old photos of us after a long time...when I looked at him I instantly started crying and felt the energy pulling away from my chest..also the pain in this area...it lasted a few seconds but it was the same as after the initial breakup 3 years ago....the sensitivity of all of this is insane...but I am ok now...finally able to get neutral quickly

I detoxed everything and even deleted the social media accounts. I'm trying to shift my focus to the present moment. Most of the times i feel he is one with me but sometimes i also feel a sudden pull to him. I'm controlling all of them.

This has started happening the last couple of weeks. We’ve both been in the same places at the same time on multiple occasions and we live in different towns. We reconnected last year after 20 years separation and I’m just coming out of the dark knight of the soul stage, it’s been such an emotional roller coaster but I’m finally doing the soul work and things are beginning to shift little by little.

I met à Guy 3 years ago a week before my father died. I realise now that our meeting was no coincidence. I was embarking on a spiritual awakening and he helped me with my grief and sadness. The first time we met, it was unreal. We fell into each others arms and the connection was mind blowing. I knew we were one there and then. But he was married and I was in an open relationship. Since then we have seen each other a lot, but always in secret and he pulls away afterwards. I think about him incessantly, it’s so painful!!! He’ll come towards me with passion and promises but then disappears and ghosts me. It’s so confusing! I know we are TFs but I always doubt my intuition because of his behaviour.
I’ve been listening to your videos these past weeks and am trying to detach and not think about him or reach out. But I fear that I will lose him. The more I try to not think, the more I think about him…. I miss him all the time!!! We live at a distance and I am 15 yrs older than him. Am I longing for an impossible outcome? Mine contacted me out of nowhere today, with what was a pretty lame excuse to contact me. He wanted to see me, and I thought I'd be angry at seeing him. So I’m not 100% sure what my situation is and whether he is my twin flame: I do have the obsessive thoughts, I’ve tried to stop thinking of him many times, and I feel as though I’m going through this spiritual awakening as well. Of course tarot readings ALWAYS say he’s my TF, BUT, this obsession has been going on for 3ish years now, he DOES show interest in me - more and more over the years (push and pull) flirts with me and then ignores me… AND the kicker- he’s married (20+ years) and has kids and is not the type of person to cheat. So while I feel like it COULD be a twin flame situation, if I do detach, he is married, and religious so I don’t see a situation where he divorces to chase after me anyways.
Makes me wonder if I have limerance and just also having spiritual awakening. Will try to detach with samadhi, at least I’ll continue with my spiritual awakening journey.
