Those two wolves are Sköll and Hati. In Norse Mythology, Sköll and Hati are the sons of Fenrir and grandsons of Loki. Sköll and Hati chase the horse-drawn chariots of Sól and Máni, the personified sun and moon respectively, every day and night until they finally catch them, marking the onset of Ragnarök. This game gotta win an award or something after this.

@@MichellBollinger if you know about both Fenirir and the two sons of him, Sköl and Hati, it should be obvious that any of those wolves are Fenrir. Also, Fenrir is larger than them as well.
There was a whole puzzle about this in the first game. Only Michael Angelo knew who they were. Like ppl dont pay attention to detail and they say they love the game, yet they dont pay attention to the lore. It’s annoying

The sound design, the voice acting, the art direction and the music are INCREDIBLE. If this GOW is to its predecessor what GOW II was to the original game, Elden Ring might not run with the Goty titles as easily as dome had predicted.

I honestly think the Thor fight shown in the trailer happens in the first 3 hours of the game. I think Santa Monica is trying to mislead people hyping him up as the final boss but it’ll probably end up being Odin or even Atreus fully accepting himself as Loki
The detail when they call their weapon's back is a nice touch! Kratos holds his hand out and Thor snaps his finger's

Atreus marks the sun for scöll to chase down and he will mark the moon for hati. What’s amazing is that all trailers were depicting that kratos and atreus wanted tk stop the ragnarok but now they are starting it. Just love it 💕❤️

Now two things can be assumed that either time travel will be a huge part of the story and odin will somehow manipulate kratos and atreus into initiating skol and hati’s chase of sun and moon to control ragnarok or this is just a huge plot hole lol and considering how much thought they put into their games I can’t imagine them putting this big a contradiction 😂

@@yup7380 maybe not, he's still a "Campaign boss", the Valkeries were so hard because they are endgame bosses, you're supposed to fight them after the story. Being a campaign boss means that Thor can't be TOO HARD to defeat or it'll ruin the experience
@@elpepo0 Keyword is challenging not to the level of valkeries. It always kinda annoys me when a story proclaim a certain being is powerful yet only the cutscene and scripted qte that shows it. The combat gameplay itself doesn't really demonstrate it, GoW isn't really at fault of this but I want Thor to be more challenging than Baldur
