Ron Swanson wakes up every day and chooses to do literally anything instead of his job, including: renovating an entire floor of his building, teaching a little girl about government or plotting to bring everything tumbling down.
From "Parks & Recreation": a mockumentary series following Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), the deputy director of the Parks and Recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana. Leslie is determined to improve her small world through her job, despite resistance from Parks Director Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman), an anti-government Libertarian. The series also stars Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt, Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari and Retta.

Ron is not anti-work he is anti-goverment in his view if someone was to waste the private sectors valuable resources and time he would not be happy about that.
While at the same time wasting taxpayer money (e.g., his salary) by getting as little done as possible. The Libertarian meta is too perfect.

You will be surprised how true this is to life. The worst ones are the "Do not Touch" signs being up and people keep touching and then complaining when they get hurt/cause issues.
