I have purchased Motovolt Kivo 24 model ecycle from Coochbehar. It is about 23 days ago. But I am facing a major problem. LCD display does not show the battery backup charging metre on it. But battery is full charged . I visited the seller . But he did not satisfied me properly. Please tell me what to do.

Why electric cycles are costly compared to some ev scooters. As scooters batteries are much bigger 2 to 3kwh and cycles batteries are soo small still costs are high

Krishna I have given feedback that Ride & talk, Ride & shoot in traffic is not advisable. Many people follows you. You should set example & promote safety but you it self risking your life as well promoting other to do so . This is typical Indian mentality "sab chalta hai, kuchh nahi hota"

very poor service support, more than 6month not solved battery and other problems, further this Not Made in India, faluse Title information, My Cycle Chager show Motovot - Made in China- "BEWARE BEWARE BUYERS"
Stay away from Motovolt brand, the quality of cycles are very poor especially battery and the frame. The worst part is the non existent service and support. I used to be a dealer and hence I very well know about this brand and their capability. I got complaints from all the customers and from my own personal usage, because of continuous quality concerns I stopped the dealership. The brake pads are very poorly designed, it wears out after few days of usage. Battery goes dead, at least 70% of customers have reported that.
