thanks,, This is the most comprehensive video I've seen on these. The playing is fantastic but I worry it still sounds a little thin on the higher strings to me. Not sure if that can be remedied with strings or tone adjustment. I like using Silk and Steel strings.. wonder how that would sound on of these. Thanks for the video
Thank you very much for your comment. I am using D'Addario Guitar Strings - Acoustic Guitar Strings - 80/20 Bronze - EJ10 - Extra Light, 10-47. Maybe that's why it sounds a bit thin, I am not entirely sure. Best regards

New to this type of guitar, can it be played without an amp in just a room setting? I live in an apartment and looing for something that isn't going to be loud.
I would say it isn't a loud instrument, so it should be ok, although it depends on how loud your style of playing is... I hope this helps & Thank you for your comment

great playing! great arrangements! great taste bro! just i miss the "strumming " on this specific instrument, which i guess is not the best resulting in how it sound . isnt it? thanks!!

How's the action on these guitars? I think I'm going to buy one of these, they are pretty cheap. Also, does anyone know the connection between James Neligan and Stagg? I saw that on some listings they are titled Stagg James Neligan EW3000, but I don't think that JN is a Stagg brand.
I personally found it too high for me, so I had to adjust it, and also change the strings to 010. Now it feels pretty good. Regarding the brand, I am not sure, but I believe it's just a brand name change, so they are probably the same. I hope this helps
