Cool video, but like always I will comment on 3 things :)
In general when you compare attack and accuracy, you need to remember 1STR=1att and 1DEX=0.75acc
It's actually very important because some pieces might have like 20dex more.
MNK Body: You said WSD on WAR hands is sad, because it's not really useful for Decimation, then you said WSD on MNK body is a winner, when Vsmite is also multihit WS :) WSD is very meh stat for MNK. All useful WSs are multihits with ftp replication, so multihit is way better. You still gonna use Impetus body for any crit based WS, but WSD is just an ok bonus on it (probably around +2.3% damage overall from that +12%WSD).
MNK hands: It's completely broken piece for WS at attack cap. Much beyond any alternatives for MNK really. It helps to reach that higher attack cap it creates too with having very high STR(more attack) and total of 73 attackf rom attack and skill combined. You also need to remember that 21 h2h skill directly adds damage (+2 base damage), which is also something.
Thanks for the tips on MNK, I should have pointed out that the most important aspect of the body was the proper stats (considering players were locking this in already) and the WSD was just icing.
10 PDL on mnk hands seems interesting when attk capped. Although most my mnk hands for ws are stacked with a good amount of mulithit, not sure which comes out on top honestly its not super obvious considering how basically all mnk ws are multihit. I'll be making all the RDM pieces though. Been crunching some numbers and all have use in a set or two. Just dont know the order yet. Probably feet, body, hands, legs, head.
Thing is, PDL adds damage to each hit unlike WSD. So it's way stronger in multihit ws's. I'd say it's very likely that this piece eclipses your other options.
