@@nicolea1149 Apparently the whole band thing was "too buisnessy" due to Finn Wolfhard wanting to do both the band and acting. due to this, performing had become too taxing and they decided to just quit.
"We played some incredible shows, but it just became really taxing because I’m an actor. That’s what pays the bills and what I do 99% of the time. It was hard for the label and the band to honour that because we’d be getting shows and I wasn’t allowed to do them. It just became way more of a chore than fun, because it wasn’t fun. I already had so many obligations that I didn’t want to complicate things."

When Calpurina first came out with this song, I literally heard it while traveling on the greyhound. It's funny because I literally dropped out of school to be with this ex boyfriend, abusive, who drove me to keep traveling that very same Greyhound line. This song got me through it, and made me feel not so alone, at least until I got home safe to my family, thank you guys for giving me something to hold on to 💙

Yes they did. Their shadows were rocking out but that was the only glimmer of life amid the utter banality. I don't mean to disrespect artists because it is their work after all but the title was Greyhound and we're presented with people walking in an urban area. I have so much faith in Calpurnia. Scout is an extremely strong start to a hopefully long lasting band. Hearing this music is so refreshing to me. This song gives me feelings of despair, yet in a peaceful and hopeful way. It’s soothing, emotional, and beautiful. Hats off to Finn, Ayla, Jack, and Malcolm 👏🏼

Ok. So this amazed me because I didn’t know two things: 1. Finn Wolfhard can sing and 2. He had this band and now a band called The Aubreys. I saw the James Cordon thing with Gaten, Noah, and Caleb and it got me thinking about everything that I had heard about him and so I decided to do a little digging. And I was blown away at the fact that not only could he act but he could sing?! This was my greatest personal discovery. So now I have another thing to convince me that he is the ultimate actor (and singer). Also sometimes I fall asleep to music that’s kind of loud because I can’t fall asleep to silence easily but I don’t usually listen to calmer music but this helped me actually get some sleep last night. Nobody probably read this but if you did... cool.
