Trust in land issues in Ghana is a different thing... I spoke with a few people who own lands around and so far it's okay... nothing malicious... But don't forget it's still Ghana land.... My advice will be to be ready to start something, that's always the safest bet ( a fence wall with some trees and maybe a caretaker will do).
