Hanuman was named after the root 'Hanu' meaning Jaw after His jaw was fractured by falling on a mountain when hit by Indra's Vajra, when Hanuman was on His way to eat the Sun.
Worshiping Hanuman gives one relief from the negative effects of both Mangal and Shani , hence one must worship Him atleast on Tuesdays and Saturdays if there is less free time (Daily is best)
Apart from Shri Hanuman Chalisa , we can listen to Bajrang Baan, a powerful hymn in praise of Shri Hanuman.
The word Bajrang is derived from two sanskrit words Vajra (Diamond) and Ang (Body) and signifies that His body is as strong as a diamond
In Rama Rahasya Upanishad verse 105 , the beej mantra of Hanuman is given as Hrum (हृ)
Hence one can chant Om Hrum Hanumate Namaha 108 times daily for getting the blessings of Hanuman.
Panchmukhi Hanuman is a powerful aspect of Shri Hanuman.
We can understand and chant Panchmukhi Hanuman Kavach for His protection and Grace.
It is equivalent to worshipping five deities namely Hanuman, Garuda, Narasimha, Varaha and Hayagriva
We can study Sundara Kanda from Ramayana regularly.

My husband's Athai or Buaji used to chant Hanuman Chalisa 21 times every Tuesday. She would keep 21 Chanae ka daana, light a lamp and keep Suji Halwa or Rutt Prasadam in front of Hanumanji.
Rutt is made by adding ghee and melted jaggery, coconut, Eliachi and kishmish andnuts to wheat flour, mix it and knead it and make it like a Parantha with pure ghee. It is supposed to be a favourite of Hanumanji and Narsimha Bhagwan ji

In my horoscope Mangal and Shani are weak and I was also going through a bad dasha astrologically.
Following things happened
A) Twice in dreams my Guru told me to worship hanuman
B) Unexpectedly I got a hanuman locket when my Shani period started.I got the locket on Shanivaar.
C) I got further dreams where a person told me that only because of Hanuman, the effect of the bad period is not showing.
D) After some time , On a Mangalvaar the locket broke and I checked to find that the bad period of Shani had just ended (Which means the locket had served the purpose and was not required further). I also got a dream where I saw that a big Shani temple had opened.
Ultimately the period went off very smoothly without any issues.
Honouring my Guru's word , I worship Hanuman daily.

I had a practice of chanting Shri Ram Raksha Strotra daily.
However once a thought came to me “I can only do some general chanting like take Raam Naam etc.I need not chant Shri Ram Raksha Strotra specifically”
Hence I discontinued it.
After a month I got a dream in which I was chanting Shri Ram Raksha Strotra with a relative sitting besides me.
In the dream I was chanting Shri Ram Raksha Stotra and during the chanting (In the dream) , forgot the last few lines of the strotra and my relative mentioned that I have become forgetful.
I then remembered the lines and in the phase between dream and waking state , as I was rising from the bed, I completed the last few lines of the strotra.
The experience was so intense that I resumed the unbroken daily chanting of Shri Ram Raksha Strotra

2) Though we watched numerous performances of this Devine song SREE HANUMAN CHAALISA, composed by his holiness sree Tulasidas, by many legends belonging to both northern and Southern part of India, I could enjoy the fragrance from a newly blossomed flower, though we watch several flowers in routine.
3) I credit her parents,her music gurus( most probably her father),and the entire team for bringing out such picturesque video.
