Listened every day for six months. It took about three weeks to notice some improvement. The biggest improvement was during the first eight weeks. If you try this, just be patient. Greatest improvement, which I wasn't expecting, was that spider veins on my legs have diminished by about 90%.

I listened to this two days ago. My skin immediately became very soft, my skin was quite loose at 23, not it has gotten back to how it was before, on my whole body, including face, lips. It relieves inflammation after 60min. I feel my cortisol levels going down without taking Herbs.
