А вот за термообработку по настоящим правилам уж извините, это развлекательное видео😢
1. Ну во-первых твёрдость стали зависит прежде всего от марки стали и ее добавок в сплаве.
2. Различие HRC твёрдости между тремя закалочными средами будет не значительное, так как твердость зависит прежде всего от состава марки стали, от правильной температуры нагрева определённой стали и скорости остывания.
И для определенной марки стали требуется определённая закалочная среда.
Есть сталь которая закаливается только на воду, на масло закаливается инструментальная Быстрорежущая сталь, а в воде к примеру ее охлаждать нельзя.
3. На видео показано три стаканчика, но объем жидкости должен быть пропорционально размеру детали, то есть жидкости должно быть много чем сам размер детали, в данном случае для таких стаканчиков детали должны быть ещё тоньше и меньше, так как опять же, на HRC твёрдость влияет скорость охлаждения.

If you don't know anything about the material in question, this method might work, if you have enough samples to test. IF you do know what kind of steel it is, GOOGLE the material, and the specification sheet will tell you exactly how to harden, quench, and stress-relieve your parts. Some alloys are air-hardened (with a fan), and others can be hardened by quenching in water or oil.

There’s something else demonstrated here that will be new to some. The flutes on a drill have nothing to do with cutting. This can be useful to know if you’re drilling a shallow hole and you don’t have the right drill and you do have some medium carbon round that you can turn to the size you need and then harden it. For wood you could use any steel without heat treating it.

O que endurece o material é o quanto ele foi aquecido e a velocidade em que foi esfriado o oleeo ou agua tem propiedades de esfriar mais rapdo ou mais lento só isso o resto e enganação
