Ghostricks finally feel one support wave away from being a competent deck. They’ve got excellent card advantage once they get going, but they’re still glacially slow at actually winning.
There's no way they would leave Siren as the only level 4 the deck has, would just be stupid.
@@yourdad6236 I think it's pretty save to assume that they'll get at least 1 more level 4 and another rank 4. Though I am struggling to see what kind of niche of supernatural being Siren fills that wouldn't also fit their level 2 "monster girls" (from a flavor perspective).

I don't mind that they're slow at winning being a very controlly deck.
I think I'd like to see a card that gives ghostricks and maybe backrow some protection, or an archetype negate/destroy disruption? vanish is ok for the ghostricks but when I've tried to test a number of decks easily wipe all my backrow and monsters before the battle step where ghostricks really shine

A Link 1 that can be summoned with a set monster… We’re approaching 2017 levels of busted card design, good thing the fella is strictly archetype locked.
Well even then it doesn't have some crazy generic utility effect it wouldn't work well in any other deck, and this deck literally required this as they could not normal summon turn 1 at all before this

I was actually thinking of combining this deck with Paleozoic since fairy banishes the Trap cards you reset and they have a card that can return Banish traps they also have a monster that can turn things face down and if you use the Paleozoic they can go into rank 2 and even possibly get a toad out

It would be cool if ghostrick gets a card (monster or continuous spell/trap) that says “as long as this card is on the field, all link monsters can be flipped facedown.” Hahaha but I know that would mean Konami would have to make some rulings for it. Wishful thinking but would be cool.

You win via direct attakcs but parade makes it so that your opponent takes no dmg?
