On this episode: try these irresistible rice flour crackers with peanuts, a much loved snack from the homeland from the Javanese cuisine!
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of rice flour
- 150 - 200 grams of peanuts
- 5 - 10 cloves of garlic (finely crushed)
- 450-500 ml. of coconut milk (diluted with water)
- 2 tbs. of corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. of kurkuma
- 1 tsp. of coriander powder
- 1 tsp. of chicken powder
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 of sand ginger (or aromatic ginger, a.k.a. kencur)
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
