    I have been facing irregular period for 4 years now. I have diagnosed with many doctors ever test that is necessary is done by them and all of them came normal even PCOS. They said only hormones are imbalance. All they give is medicines for 3 months once the medicines get over my periods again stopped not for 1 or 2 months they stop for like sometimes 3 months sometimes 4 or 5. Iam so worried about my weight which is increasing due to this issue now I'm also irritated to go to doctors because of my situation continues. I will be highly thankful if you can suggest something that can actually help me and can regular my periods 🙏🏾🙏🏾

    Mam I do follow all these but I have stress of career + financial problem I have regular period but before period 10-12 days before I have always harmonal imbalance I became aggressive
    And I sleep only for 4-5 hrs 😞

    Actually i suffering from depression from a long time and my hairs are falling more than too much i have checked my thyroid too bit it shows normal in report i m also from psychology major i tried everything out including blood test and all but every report is normal although my hairs growth is still normal but hairs are falling out i don't have any genetic decease too what could be the reason now i just have a little stress bit still is there any way to balance hormone soon bcs its been almost 3 years and my hair got thinner 😕
