I miss shopping at Northridge. I used to live right next to that Mall. Would walk there every day.
This was pretty much a sign that the end of the mall was near and a little over a year later it was.

Me too. I remember going to Boston Store's liquidation in March 2003, looking through the windows to the mall and thinking, this mall is in perfect condition, surely it will reopen. Well, 20 years later, it's still standing but never reopened.
My grandparents bought appliances at this same store back in 04’ and they still have (and use) them to this day! 👍🏼
