I own and wear a lot of Sitka gear. My main issue is that most of their tops have hoods. I really only need my outer layer to have the hood.
Lightweight core (hood), Kelvin lite (hood), Jetstream (hood)....all of the sudden I have three hoods to deal with. Kind of lame.

This and chest pockets! Not everything needs a chest pocket. I passed on the Core for First Lite quarter zip. All I need for a base layer is a chest zip. I am in between on the Mountain Evo needing a hood. I would rather it have pit zips over a hood personally.

With layering some companies don't take account for that so you have to buy a size up
