Dr. Perry, I have seen a physical therapist last year, who taught me all these movements and variations, because of my frecuent episodes of vertigo and dizziness. You are a great teacher and all you teach I find very useful and quite fascinating! You did a great job breaking all these elements down in this video. Very clear! And life changing, whithout a doubt. Best, cheers!

Interesting to watch. 12 yo, I had a spheno orbital meningioma on right side. Tumor behind right eye was 2 cm, and tumor cells turned the greater sphenoid wing to mush on righr side. It had to be drilled out. Everything was okay until about 15 months after sugery. I was slowly losing my vestibular ocular connection. It first manifested with unexplained running injuries, and finally so bad , I had pretty much lost the ability to walk. Finally got diagnosed 11 years later by a Neuro Optometrist. I have been doing VT for 15 months and am slowly making progress. I can't stress enough to others who are neurologically normal to do these exercises you have shown in this video. Mine are a bit different, but I do see the wisdom in yours.

    WoW, just wow.
My experience is that people with developmental trauma, I have seen, most of them have the brain stem, and cerebellum, really constricted (participates in freeze, typical in that kind of trauma), and that part of cranial bone looses flexobility, the nerves coming down there compromised. ...

Dr. Perry, Thank you so very much for this video. I am excited that EYE MOJO is coming back soon. I will be watching for it. I have felt like I am in motion all the time since 2017. My head doesn’t spin. I feel like I am on a boat being affected by waves. I have tried PT but wasn’t able to progress sufficiently to change the problem. I am excited to try this and feel hopeful that it may help me. My eye doctor has given me a temporary plastic prism on one side of my glasses ( my non dominant eye) hoping to help the problem. I still feel the motion but reading is much easier with the prism. Being in just one lens I am wondering if that may make these exercises problematic. I see the eye doctor on Tuesday. If you see this and could weigh in on this issue before the afternoon on Tuesday June 25th that would be wonderful. Regardless I am interested in your input whenever possible. Also if you have an opinion about whether or not progressive lens could be the problem that would be great. I think having 2 or 3 pairs of glasses around my neck and having to change between them will drive me crazy, as an artist I need good vision at all depths. A PRI therapist recommended getting rid of my progressive lens. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your work and all you do for those of us struggling with issues that are difficult to resolve. Loren
