    I was exposed to massive amounts of silica dust without knowing or protection while drilling holes for housing and blowing out the holes with compressed air now I am trying to get a Whole Lung lavage to SAVE MY LIFE and remove the silica dust in my lungs before it's too late please spread awareness about a possible hope for removing the silica dust from lungs before it causes fatal damage.

    Looked awesome especially doing it by hand! Everyones got their own way of doing it, whatever youre comfortable with! Just a tip from a fellow cutter, try cutting the door in one piece next time, with a 2” relief gap at the top and push it on some tires. Then all youll need is your 20” handsaw to cut it up for hand removal. A lot less corners you have to chainsaw. A lot less hard work.

      Also I'd add sheetmetal for flush so you don't have swirls. Plastic on the sides dry slurry is a nightmare to clean.and never pull concrete towards you. I'd also have some tires and plywood for dropping on finished floor

      The hell with any extra cuts u can actually walk that whole price of Concrete out buy simply using your wedge or alternate hitting the bottom sides to walk it out just 2 inches or so just so it will clear the top edge when you push it over onto some tires

    When Kyle pulled out that massive portion of the new doorway by hand and then jumped out of the way I'm like: "49 out of 50 times that's going to turn out OK". Glad we didn't turn up that 50th time today. Also was surprised they were haphazard with wearing gloves. You only have one pair of hands (and legs).

    If you walk the opening out 1" by hitting it at the bottom with a 25lb sledge hammer, it will fall right out with no dice cutting. Drop on an old tire and it will land like a feather. Another trick is to stack to blades on top cut on 6" or less works too! you can thank me later. Cool videos!!

    • @jmcg2518
      @jmcg2518 Před 2 lety

      @@aq8020 the thing is when it comes to price, does the sawcutter charge by the linear foot, or by the hour? lets say he charges $15.00 per inch foot. now thats $15.00 for every inch of depth of concrete per linear foot, so if it were 4 inches thick then every foot he cut would equal out to $60.00 per foot. A typical man sized door is approx 3x7 foot which is 7+7+3+3=20 linear feet with a depth of cut being 8 inches. So, total cost for cutting 1 man door would be $15.00×8=$120.00 ×20=$2400.00
