One of the more comprehensive and easy tutorials on CZcams on how to set up Unreal Engine and all the tracking. Just one critique: The upside-down is blue!
If you have a blackmagic and a decklink you can import the timecode of the camera into unreal to match the virtual feed and the real feed. It speeds up a lot in post producition. Great video!
Do you know if you have a red komodo and not using sdi can you just use some kind of tenticle sync external device and somehow connect to Unreal and the camera to sync time? Or is time code through sdi to the pc the only way?
I love Jordy's dorkiness, it makes their videos 10x better!

UE5 is amazing but some of the tasks like this and importing prekeyed footage which should be a simple operation are overly complicated! Should be like Blender with import images as planes etc. Hopefully Epic will streamline this later!

Great tutorial. But is there any reason you don't put a bit more effort into blending the final comp? 11:55 onward reeeeeeeeeeally doesn't look that good, he's way too "crisp" over the top of the CGI background. surely there's a better way to blend (ie with Supercomp). anyway great tutorial on what to do

What about using CamTrackAR from FXHome and try with your phone? It will do all the camera tracking and you can export it to Unreal Engine to get the camera tracking data.
After that just export the composition to Hitfilm Pro and everything is quite simple.
But great to see another pro approach. Nicely done.
