Serena always had access to top notch education. If blair didn’t get in it’s because she self sabotaged. And when I feel stupid, I watch Serena buying her way into writing an entrance test, ruining Blair's dream, not going to Yale anyways because "it's not her" then pay her way to Brown and still not go because "she feels it's not where she belongs". I urge you to do the same!

Tbh I think that not getting into an Ivy taught Blair a lot of valuable lessons about the realities of adult life, as much as she worked hard for the opportunity and based on merit did deserve to go. Also, having the privilege that she did, not going to a top school wasn't going to hurt her chances in life as much as someone else from a poorer background who desperately needed the place.

She even told her off about how wardoof women r not socialites like Jackie Kennedy. They work hard and earn their money.
