  • An unusual semi-compact keyboard and a decent mouse -- an interesting, affordable wireless combo from Logitech.
    Here are my thoughts on the Logitech MK220 mouse and keyboard combo after a week of use.

    When I asked Logitech Official, the specifications were almost the same, but the differences were:
    • MK220 3 year guarantee, Alphanumeric Key, more silent, intended for offline & online sales..
    • MK215 1 year guarantee, Mechanical Keyboard, intended specifically for online sales..

    I have used this keyboard for over a year now and honestly I have nothing to complain. I like it compact size and also the typing experience. What cherry mx switches would be comparable to this keyboard in terms of sound and feel of typing? I have tried blue cherry mx and I just didnt like how loud they were. It would either be red or brown?

      @earlmalaki  Před rokem +1

      Going ƒrom this to a mechanical would be a huge upgrade in typing experience on its own haha but yeah blues are only great for a few weeks lol browns would be the most familiar since it has a bump. linears/reds are also great actually. i didn't expect to like it that much when I tried Akko Silver. the smoothness is something haha but now i'm back to tactile/browns (K3V2 optical)

    • @sebastiancross1625
      @sebastiancross1625 Před rokem

      browns would definitely be the most comparable, because they have the tactile bump which is similar to that of it, assuming that the mk220 uses rubber domes

      aww, you real stupid. I use it for 2 days and got mad. Why the hell this shit performs poorly. It stutters when I use it aggressively. Same as the mouse. You don't know what REAL heavy Task you use it on. You just watch youtube using it, ofc it works well. Dumb review 😡

    do you know what kind of keys the keyboard uses? and how they may compare to mech keyboards (and the different color switches?) thanks!!!

      @earlmalaki  Před 2 lety

      it's membrane. honestly, it's not even half as good as mechanical switches so if you're thinking about it because you like mech or want to try mech, i'd say go for mech hahaha

    • @earlmalaki
      @earlmalaki  Před 8 měsíci +1

      brown (tactile) is a safe pick, this is what i use too until now on my K2V2
      blue (clicky) gets annoying after a few days. while red (linear) doesn't work well on low profile IMO

    Typing experience was okay. Honestly, it felt like a toy. The receiver was weirdly big. After a month, some keys weren't registering so it stopped using it. Overall, definitely NOT worth it.
