Fun fact: Cheetor was voiced in Beast Wars by Ian James Corlett, who was also the first English dub voice for Goku in DBZ. Though he didn't last very long in the role, especially compared to Sean Schemmel, Ian still gave a memorable performance and set the bar for all future Adult Goku dub VAs, which Sean has certainly emulated all these years. Ian basically used the same voice for Goku that he did for Cheetor, but it worked both ways I think. He also voiced MegaMan in his 90s animated series, but I never saw it unfortunately. Too bad Ian hasn't had as many notable voice roles since the 90s (as far as I know), cuz he really was a serious talent. I wish they would have him voice Cheetor in the new Transformers movie, along with Garry Chalk as Optimus Primal. If they can keep getting Optimus Prime's OG voice actor for these movies, they really should do the same for the Beast Wars cast even if it costs extra due to most of them still living in Canada.
