I filed my confirmation statement 3 days late as I had to request a new code, they were quite helpful & didn’t prosecute me (although they suggested they might have if I hadn’t submitted it!)
Can't quite believe they suggested they may have prosecuted you on the basis of such a delay. That is beyond ridiculous. Glad you got it sorted out it though 👍
Thank you for your videos very helpful. I have a friend who have registered a company and received letter from COMPANY REGISTRY asking to activate account and is asked in the letter to pay £47+ please is this legal or some junk. All is in UK Thank you
