I am eternally grateful for the pieces of wisdom, the river of well being and wholesomeness. Listening to Abraham Hicks is not like being part of a cult… you are literally tuning into divine intelligence and you can viscerally feel the high vibration of it all. I dont know why i keep coming back except what you say sounds good. but. Thats as far as it goes. Every time, same message. Find a way to feel good. I try and when I fail I look for someone to help me feel good. And when that back fires, All hope of feeling good disapears. Then I do what I always do. Grit my teeth, hate life, and fight every moment for survival. You are just like many other doctors spiritual teachers coaches and the like Ive sought out. Worthless.
@@eefoard Yes. It’s hard at times to apply this. This positive method works when you have reached the neutral place. When we operate from trauma, applying this is a far fetched goal. Moreover, makes you feel more shame. To reach a neutral place, you’ll have to empty the negative first. Which requires you to process your emotions without any judgement, become aware, be kind and compassionate to yourself, allow yourself to feel and say a happy good bye when you are ready. To fill yourself with positive, requires us to empty the negative first. So, it’s just that you have not yet encountered the right guide. What Abraham says is correct. However, it’s not for everyone and many are yet to arrive where they are ready to receive this message. Sorry for the unsolicited advice. Please feel free to throw it away if it doesn’t resonate. Sounds silly, but when one has lived in fear not joy, its sorta like playing an instrument. I know this can make beautiful noises, but I dont know how. I need a teacher to teach. How do you learn to be happy?

Yes, it's a filtering form. One guides and positions one to certain ideals areas.. Like sand grains would create their own levitating gas, separating them self out of the lower mess.
Oh great that means all soldiers can go home now from battle zones. Call back all Russian and NATO forces out of Ukraine cause it's irrelevant and one just have to swing into the groove zone and leave the mess.
