I played this every morning as it was 34 minutes long and activated the energy so my entire body was really vibrating and healing.
I find I need the longer time to get activated so I have to keep pulling it back near the start until the vibrations start to get the full benefit.

I listened to this all night on Loop and it may be the savior of my current Mental Health as I created the attraction right now of living/ caring for my ex-husband who thank Goddess is sweet tempered but has Alzheimer's. I'm realizing that I've chosen all this and that Source is pleased and that all is well and after listening all night I came away with I am strong and getting stronger every day and I adore the word frisky❤ as I adore Ester. I am beginning too to hear my inner being who only speaks lovingly to me, about me and everyone. Each day there are moments of alignment and bliss. The rest has felt like hell to be honest. Tomorrow he may choose to live nearby in a wonderful village like seniors residence. Thank you thank you thank you Abraham and Esther and Jerry ❤❤❤

Alzheimer is no desease, it's curable, we've got a few human with a lot of knowledge on yt ... Start with grounding, salt + water (the Australien Babara ??), no sugar and some more tiny changes

This meditation helped me feel loved. I was able to gradually reverse the mental abuse caused by a toxic female manager. Now I’m strong and confident. I know who I am not who others say I am.
Update: I’m back here cuz I lost the job. I’m helpless but going to continue this meditation.

@@jazzsoul1695 in my experience, the universe has sometimes given me a little push or even a shove when I'm ignoring the desires of my heart. It has ALWAYS, hands down, no exception, turned out to be a change for the better for me. I hope you are able to rest in that knowing for yourself. The universe has your back. Not everyone can read with their eyes too so that would be lovely and their search engine is very easy. 💖 I’ve use text to speak on kindle but not quite the same as Esther’s voice. ( ; I have it on hay house but so many steps to hear it and clicking on little photos of traffic lights and bicycles to hear a meditation is a lot when you first wake up. Easy and downstream is always good! 💖🦋♾🧘♀️✨

Here's the rhythm if you are new. Breathe In 2, 3, Breathe Out 2, 3, 4, 5. The music is perfectly aligned with the words and the breathing timing. Be easy about it and don't worry if you lose the rhythm. Just relax. Love to you.❤

Me too. The cd comes with a beautiful book. I’ve given it as a gift many times but would love it on audible to access on my phone more easily along with all the other Abraham Hicks books I have there. 🧘♀️🌸🦋✨I have the cd but have listened to it on CZcams for convenience and to loop it before sleep. I think there may be a way to download the meditations from the kindle version of the book which I have and love too but haven’t figured it out. Yet. 💖 These teaching have brought me miracles (or “naturals” because miracles are natural) everyday and all day in the eight years since Wayne Dyer led me to “Ask And It Is Given” in the end pages of one of his book. So thank you Hay House!! 💖
