Creo que es la casa más equilibrada que he visto últimamente en el canal. Lo tiene todo… diseño exterior muy acertado, a pesar de tener 1500 metros da la sensación de casa acogedora y agradable de vivir. Respirando el mar y el sol. Un sótano que permite el ocio y la diversión sin salir de casa. La presentación de la casa es muy buena. Un jardín suficiente y una piscina exterior de un tamaño perfecto.

Fabulous house. My only strong criticism is the poorly designed kitchen layout. If it could have a private sandy beach it would probably cost twice as much. Also, insetting a TV doesn't make much sense because TVs keep getting bigger--but you can always just cover the hole with a bigger TV.
The house is so nice every single part of the house is amazing except for the kitchen. Its kitchen is huge but the design is very traditional and there is a lot more to do with it i think..
The neighborhood is a club with restaurant, is it private or public? will it be very noisy?
