Artur, Great tours and this property is amazing Love the lower level the onyx and book matched marble indoor pool!! The kitchen is really great with the double height ceilings and views!! And love that huge marble fireplace in the living room!! Always look for a home theatre and despite the screen size not being the biggest the Feel of it so so inviting!! Even the great landscaping with those manicured trees approaching the motor court, One of the best properties I have seen In Spain!! Look so forward to seeing Villa Enso, wish there were some shots of the updated construction and how it is positioned for the view!! Does it have a plot that can accommodate a pro tennis court!! But the wait will seem long till next summer, hope some other top contemporary homes are to come soon in a new video!! Great tour again!!

Amazing property… that’s a real dream … much better than the villa cullinan. Why? The rooms a more for living … not for playing football like in the villa cullinan. Here you can also live with 2-4 persons.

This property has amazing natural light and an exceptional layout. I especially love the indoor pool, however the decor is less than inspiring. The choice of furniture, decor and art is well below what it needs to be for a place like this. The bed in the middle of the room is not good energy either. Bedheads need to be up against a wall for stability and good energy. I would start fresh and redecorate this home. Also be good if the neighbours couldn't see into the yard so easily. Perhaps plant some large trees for a screen. Otherwise an exceptional property. Thank you.

Hey man, I have a suggestion since you asked for it - I think a lot of people looking at your vids who are seriously thinking about buying a property, myself included, are thinking about getting property Somewhere Nice And Warm, not necessarily specifically in Marbella but also thinking about other places like Cyprus, Portugal, Italy, French riviera etc. Or heck, even other parts of Spain, they have a long coastline. Sell us a bit on Marbella, please! No use having a house somewhere if you don't know anything about the area (your area tours are too specific about properties, they don't show what you actually can do or experience in Marbella) :) sell us on the lifestyle, not just the houses. Why should we pick Marbella over any other place. After some research, I see that there is great shopping, food, golf, skiing 2h away, several great race tracks for sports cars, hiking, horse riding, water sports, ok distance to the airport, good connections to rest of Europe, etc, etc. Once you have sold us on Marbella, then sell us the house :p спасибо большое!
