Hey Glenn. I’m getting the status code 16 and no green comm led on the fan coil PCB on my infinity FE4ANF005L00ECAA. How would you rule out the thermostat wiring going from the thermostat to the fan coil? Would it find the indoor unit if mounted at the original location (thermostat end)? Mine is not finding the indoor unit while still mounted on the wall. Any suggestions? Bypass the wiring with new wiring outside the wall to the fan coil?

Wire the user interface directly to the air handler with a short piece of thermostat wire. If the system communicates then your issue is with the wire from the air handler to the wall location.

@@glennguzman Thank you sir. Turns out it was the board on the outdoor unit. I unplugged the phoenix connector on the outdoor unit and the UI found the indoor unit everytime. Thinking it was then the wiring from the handler to the outdoor unit, I ran a wire out my window from the handler to the outdoor unit, same results. I check the voltage on A-B and A-C on the outdoor unit where I should be getting 4vDC. Nothing. Even pins UL and C.. should be 24vDC. Nothing. I was getting an amber LED on the outdoor board, but no green comms led. Replaced outdoor board yesterday with old model plug. Back up now. Thanks again!
