    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci

      No, unfortunately it needs a constant source of water because the machine pumps in the water it needs for each cycle. Thanks for the question.

    This is probably the most complete video I've seen over this washer.
    I only have one question remaining: I've seen people charging and draining manually the water in it (same model), but yours did it by itself. How does it work?

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci

      Hmmm. Not sure why they would drain it manually. The draining is part of each washing cycle - we don't have to do anything. The washer drains along with each rinsing portion - depending on what length of washing cycle you choose - it fills and drains more the longer the cycle. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for watching the video!

    Hey, I have my hose above the washer and it keeps setting back time? Is it because the pumps not getting all the water out so it keeps on adding onto the machine one load will take 45 minutes on rapid if I’m lucky it must be the hose, right?

    Thank you for the demo. Could this washer be hard installed? Meaning, attached to a hookup for water and drainage? As opposed to self-draining with a bucket or water with a hose?

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 7 měsíci +1

      @@HandyHudsonite thanks for your response! My landlord will allow me to install a washing machine. He will do it himself. The only issue is that my bathroom is small and the only space is available fits a smaller machine. The traditional front loaders are too big, even when they’re supposedly compact. I just didn’t know if it could be hard installed and if it’s okay to leave the hot water out.

    Can you please help me?
    I just got the same machine . My sink faucet is not round and I can't hook it up to it directly, for that reason, I filled the machine with water, put some clothes in, chose Rapid load, then Load size L2, Wash 2, Rinse 2 and Spin 5. After the machine start running, it stops at the 3 minutes mark and it releases all of the water. I don't know what to do at that point.
    Should I fill it up with water again for a 2nd wash? How can I make the machine to wash for 15 minutes no stop and no refiling? I understand that when its time to rinse, the machine will release the water and I'll have to refill with water for the soap to be removed from the clothes. Would you please help me?

    for use with small pop Up at campground - what size portable drain tank would i need for one rapid wash load ?

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci +1

      If you saw the container we used in the video, the express wash fills almost to the top (2 wash cycles). It puts out about 5 or 6 gallons per wash cycle, so since there are two cycles with the express wash you'll need a tank that can accommodate 10-12 gallons of water. Hope this helps.

    Hooked it up currently using it. (Got 2nd hand but new. Not used. Manual missing tho)
    Im so comfused on the settings. Im doing larger loads.
    I press the program button select "normal" it says "30". I press load size to "L3" then it says "81" then i pree wash and it says "12" then back to "81" press "rinse" (set to 1) goes back to saying "81" press spin says "5" ... then back to 81...
    So .... does that mean its gonna tale 81 mins to wash a NORMAL load with one rinse... if so thats a bit much. Lol. If not am i doing something wrong.

    do you think this will be good for a ground floor apartment? My apartment complex had basically taken out the washers and small wash room they had made, without notifying anyone. I end up having to wait for my brother to be off so we can wash both our clothes or head over to a family members house to wash 1 load of work clothes and personal clothes. Would this work as a main washer? Or would you recommend another portable washer.

    • @seanbutler2291
      @seanbutler2291 Před 4 měsíci

      This is literally the smallest version that this company makes. And they go all the way up to 3.0 cubic ft. You'd probably be better off with the 2.0 if you want it to be your main washer. The 3.0 is 3/4 the size of a regular washing machine

    If I’m connecting it to my kitchen sink, do I keep the water running the whole time ?

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Yes, you need to keep the cold water on because the machine will rinse-drain-fill during each cycle. You could invest in a faucet diverter valve to give you more control over using the water while hooked up to the portable washer.

    Hello :) Just curious, the instruction manual says to have a qualified technician or a service company install the washer. Is that really necessary or can I just install it myself? Thanks in advance:)

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci +4

      Thank you for your question. If you're unsure or uncomfortable installing and setting up the washer, it's a good idea to have a knowledgeable friend or hiring a professional. I would highly recommend a professional if you're needing to install a water supply and drain pipe for the machine. However, if you're just hooking it up to your sink or tub to use, you can buy the appropriate adapters like we have and it was very easy to setup and use. If you watch my lint catcher video I recently posted you get a quick view of how we are using it in our bathroom.

    • @HandyHudsonite
      @HandyHudsonite  Před 8 měsíci +1

      There's a bottom cover that I found underneath the package contents when we bought the washer. It slides into place on the underside of the machine. I don't believe I've ever encountered the e1 error. I have heard of that happening. You may want to try unplugging the machine for about 30 minutes - that might be able to reset any error. If it keeps happening, you could try looking in the troubleshooting guide.
