Julia used to lose almost every time at the emmys and now she's just winning every year and deservingly so. Her role in Veep is so hilarious and iconic. Queen of comedy!
I wouldn't say she lost "almost every time". Well technically she did, but she did win for both Seinfeld and Old Christine. She only lost a lot because she was nominated for every season. The way she's dominated the Emmys with Veep is an anomaly, not a norm.
I just checked - she actually lost 8 times and almost in a row out of 17 nominations. So happy she made history upon winning jointly with Tina for hosting SNL though!!!
I'm a HUGE Veep fan, and Julia is amazing and well deserves every ounce of praise she gets, but I totally see why some people are upset Amy never won an Emmy for Parks and Rec.
Ok, you guys, Lisa and Amy are INCREDIBLE! But you can't say JLD didn't deserve it, her acting is umbelievable in Veep. And this 4th season had some really Emmy worthy moments, so... yeah, maybe the other ones deserved it too, but don't take the credits from JLD's winning.

Rewatching The Comeback so naturally I’m on a Lisa Kudrow blackhole again. Wishing there’ll be another season of The Comeback in the future so justice will be served.

The sad part is The Comeback has much less viewership than any of these shows. And that, is the only damn reason Lisa Kudrow didn't win. Otherwise, no one, including JLD can hold a torch to her life-like portrayal of Valerie Cherish. No two ways about that.
+Philosofiya Lisa didn't submit her finale episode, which confuses me, since that last episode had Emmys written all over it back in December!!! Based on submissions, Julia got this one. Her season finale is still finer than Amy Poehler's finale.
The Emmy voters has the opinion and so do I. Amy Poehler has won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for co-hosting Saturday Night Live: Host: Tina Fey & Amy Poehler.
