I feel when I see Larry Wheels in every time that he has a full respect for anyone. He’s so humble. He doesn’t have any selfishness. That’s a good example when anyone wants to be famous that he should have that Morals. Thanks Larry Wheels you’re the best 👍👍👍☺️☺️👍
He was bullied as a kid
I feel like she could be presenting in the Press Channel
Well said
Humble dude right! I respect that.
Where you from Khalid
Shes actually very intelligent and you can tell she has a lot of experience. I like her style and teaching. All about feeling it in the muscle, very important
Yes, she's a great teacher, and very knowledgeable.
i can definitely feel it in the muscle :|

@maccajoe I'm not sure how to be any clearer lmao
She said range of motion doesn’t matter so that’s when I threw out all thoughts of her being a good trainer

This gym is like a playground for bodybuilders/gym goers!!
I want in!!!!!!!!! Where do I sign up?!??
You would spent 40mins alone, just to travel to and fro. That's too much HAHAHA
Annyeong lol that’s what I do. The nearest decent gym is about 30 mins away. I use the time to drive there to focus up or get hype, then the drive back to cool down and relax
Sinke Crnjchuga69 I’m the opposite.. I have several solid gyms near me but I go to one that’s like 30-40 mins away from me, just cuz I like the vibe there more. Also I don’t have a car, I have to go by the bus or ride a bicycle.

Dang that's incredible work of art went into thinking of the mechanism of those workout stations. Just like 2 or 3 of those and you got a full on gym.

6:48 Look at Sharifs laugh XD
Some amazing equipment, great to see more companies evolving efficiency.
ok the leg press/squat machine I love. At 12:22 though looking at LW feet I think a deck on the back would really be helpful for multiple feet positions.
go to the Arnolds strict curl WR in 2021
Ain't nobody breaking Cyplenkov's 113 kg strict curl WR anytime soon. Many have tried, all have failed.
BUT OLD SCHOOL EQUIPMENT ARE THE BEST ❤️❤️
Dont be narrow minded. Free weights are the best ofcourse, but think all the small details that could win someone a title, by working out in ways that normal equipment simply can't provide. Honor the old school, appreciate the future.
Do u really think free weights are best?? If i really want to focus on a muscle there is nothing better than a specific machine and more like this ones... Is not about open ur mind, imagine an advanced specie comes to earth and a human told them to create a machine for muscle grow do u really think theu get a bar and a weight on sides... Think before u talk 😊 free weight are effectives but involve another muscles on every exercice... Not the best to focus.
Less expensive too.
They both have their place, Larry is strong yet could do heavy squats in complete safety while the lever arms could allow very quick drop or pyramid sets. The designs here are genius.

she's a beast coach, i enjoy seeing her coach your sessions
Larry doing to ATG omg i need that equipment
Ingenious line of equipment here! So dope
Shes a good trainers. Explains everything perfectly and gets to the point
Hey Larry I've got an idea, why don't you ask Derek from more plates more dates to design your compound program? As well as get his doctors from his HRT clinic to monitor your blood work constantly? I love watching you train, I've been training since I was 14yo, and on peds since 22. Im 40 now and I can say I have never come across someone online with the knowledge and capabilities Derek has. He wouldn't charge you for anything and it would be an amazing transparent way to show the public how peds in this kind of usage affects the body. And for the main part, keep you safe. Because there aren't many men out there like you Larry, and he could and would make sure your body is on point.
I watched this video one handed for a little while
8:00 - this exercise - really good idea! Thanks!
Holy these machines are amazing I’m in love 😍
Shes a really good trainer
Damn I always thought range of motion is mostly what matters but this lady taught me that it doesn't when u are isolating muscles
Range of motion (ROM) is still important so long as it doesn't compromise safety or your goal. Getting a good stretch and contraction means more motor units are recruited (= gains). ROM shouldn't be under emphasized but is also shouldn't be over emphasized. If you're simply trying to isolate a muscle then using full ROM may or may not be necessary.
What I'm saying is, don't use this as an excuse to do quarter reps every set
Range of motion is crucial. Honestly, why would you want to isolate your muscle like that. You wanna do a 14 muscle Split?
@@YTho-ev1ej Oh no wasn't planning on, i am just a beginner lifter lol. Just saying i always thought lifting without full ROM is bad
technique is key
@@MrThatAintFalco yeah that's good. Even when isolating a muscle though, you still don't necessarily (and probably shouldn't) need to shorten the ROM. Often you'll just provide a different emphasis on different parts of the ROM. In the video with the hammy curls part, she didn't want him doing full ROM because the load is brought onto Larry's lower back, not his hamstrings, and so it therefore becomes pointless when trying to isolate the muscle. She had him do the Nordic press ups which, in this instance, targeted the lower hamstring in a more shortened part of the ROM. The machine hamstring curls targeted him lower hamstring in a more stretched part of the ROM.
Another instance would be when doing pec flies. Dumbbell pec flies target the pec in a stretched part of the ROM. Cable cross overs target the pec in a more shortened part of the ROM. You should still do the movements in full ROM where there is tension not the muscle, not just the part with the most emphasis.
It depends on your goals as well. For me I'm a rugby player so my training is programmed towards strength, power and cardio/endurance. The only isolated movements I do are towards rehab/prehab. If I need stronger quads, I won't do quad extension, I'll do front squats.
Mannn I love innovative gym equipment. Best video you posted Larry lmao
Omg I love her, I wish she was my trainer. She's easy to understand and knows what she's talking about.
2.47 the camera men did a great job

I swear since Larry started arm wrestling and strict curling...His Arms have blown up !
when i started with armwrestling, first month my arms grown 1.5 cm. I dont use doping.
That’ll happen
Plus the drugs
Yeah I’m natty I gained almost an inch on my biceps in the first 3 months arm wrestling and I was already a fairly advanced lifter. And my forearms gained a ton too I’m just not sure the measurement.

Wow there's some seriously awesome stuff here!
“Are you feeling it now , Larry?”
Sounds like a horror movie.
never thought I would see the day that Larry did quarter reps for a full workout! The look on his face when the lady kept on telling him that quarter reps are good was hilarious.
Well she said do partial reps for isolation, only hamstrings, not the lower back
@@alemarioluiginator but for the quads? that quad machine with quarter reps is useless, needs at least twice the range of motion
@lol yes bruh, he's not even contracting his muscle all the way
I agree that isolation exercises are great for hypertrophy, but I would do isolation by taking the muscle through full range of motion with a light enough weight to not use any other near by muscles. This isn't isolation shes just making him do 20% of the motion and load up the weight really heavy (egolifting). Lmao not trying to argue though.
Never been this excited seeing new gym equipment

Larry doesn't feel pain
Dude this guy needs to mass produce his equipment.... I don’t care how expensive it is I’ll buy one machine every other year until I’ve got all of it
i mean that seems a bit like a waste of money
Lol, they are in Dubai where everyone drives a supercars so be careful what you wish for
@@hsaccount_ well, idk about you, but when I go to a gym and the machines just don’t really feel right for my body no matter what adjustments I make, it definitely hurts the workout. Some machines just feel so good, you feel like you can contract harder, experience less joint pain, move more weight, etc.
Besides, these machines should last you a lifetime, it’s an investment more than anything
That guy is an absolute genius when it comes to making equipment
Larry and Jay Cutler to of the most polite and humble guys there are. Awesome equipment is it coming to the US. The last multi station piece I bought came from Poland because equipment is hard to get unless it’s refurbished.
