The Holy Spirit started waking me up at 3am but I struggled initially. But once I got up and started praying it became a habit that led to my 'official quiet time'. I have now moved up to 2am.
Tips:
- set an alarm with a loud/annoying tone
- move your phone or clock to the other side of your room so you are forced to get up!
- pray in another room in your home so you are tempted to go back to bed.
- it will take time but intentional, the Holy Spirit.
- try going to bed early, it really helps.
- it doesn't have 2am, 3am it can be anytime God wakes you.
- ask the Holy Spirit to help.
- start praying or singing even before you open your eyes.
- say Good morning to the Trinity.
I have been doing this for years and I can promise God will bless and reward your efforts.
I cant , if i wake up at 3am, in so tired the whole day. I really need my 10 hours sleep. And i can not fall back to sleep.

@RoseAnna-ty6ps There’s was my first response too. But I love God more than sleep, then I started to pray whatever time God woke me up. It was tough in the beginning, but the easier it got. The Holy Spirit will help, and trust me, when you obey and pray, the Lord will make sure you’ll get enough sleep. I know, He’s done it to me. Praise God.

I always wondered about this. There was a time when I woke 3am every morning no matter how early or late I went to bed. I was going through 1 of the roughest periods of my life and I thought it was anxiety but always wondered if there was a deeper meaning to it. I learnt to pray until I could return to sleep

I agree with you, every time I went back to sleep when the Lord woke me up without praying. I would have a demonic dream!
This video is very helpful God wakes me up almost every morning around 12:00 1:00 2:00 sometimes it changes I am a watchman/intercessor and if I don’t get up I can’t go back to sleep or either being attacked in my sleep

This is so true, I wake up at 2,3 and or 5 and I will pray and it’s times that I wake up and go back to sleep or force myself to go back to sleep and I’ve found that that’s when the demonic dreams come

Holy Spirit have always woken me up between 3&5 am. I must admit sometimes I stay awake and pray other times, I go back to sleep. I believe the times that I went back to sleep, I missed God warning me of the narcissistic relationship/marriage. I saw IT ALL, but honestly I thought it was confirmation to go ahead and move forward. BOY was I wrong.

This is so helpful! I would wake up at the hours but unfortunately I wasnt obedient so I had some DARK dreams. Now I know for sure what to do when woken up at that hour again.
True. I often wake up at 3am. Sometimes I wake up praying in tongues or praying into a dream I had.

Facts.
Hi wake up at midnight hour move away from your bed and start praising Jesus by reading psalms and singing holy hymns. Confess and repent from any know sin even of all family members and ancestors all the way back to Adam and eve. Thank God for all that is happening in your life. Jesus is interested in your life talk to Him about it and claim promises from the Bible over the situations. pray for others now - this is called intercessory prayer and is very important because we are a family. finally thank God for His answers to your prayers.

Thank u so much for this because I been praying a lot ,reading n studying his word a lot receiving a lot revelation in his world but my dream world haven’t been receiving prophetic dreams been frustrated asking GOD why I m not hearing him or receiving prophetic dreams then he brought me to this what I have been missing lately .Because he been waking me up a lot btwn the hr of 2 and 3 I would get up instead of praying n entering into worship I would go on my phone on social media reading nonsense I have no business .GOD want me to to spend time with him more at night

Thank you sooo much! This is very helpful because I couldn't understand why I had been awakened every night around the same time. I had to repent because I have been allowing my wanting to fall back asleep take precedent over me spending time with God during the midnight hour. This video has revealed many things to me. This helps a lot. Wow. I wake up quite often between 12 and 3. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep, no matter how hard I try but sometimes I feel quickened by the holy spirit to pray, talk with God, thank Him, etc. If something is bothering me, I talk to Him about it and He will direct me. There were times I felt heavily depressed and God comforted me better than any counselor could. I felt peace and the weight be lifted off and was able to go back to sleep the rest of the night.
My husband and I heard a noise. Once some thing we fell back to sleep. I heard a tap, so I went ahead and got a start. Praying this is 1:45 am May 11, 23 Thursday

I woke up a few days ago… at 4:30am or so…. I had a dream before that, and in my dream I was freaking out that I woke up at 3am exactly and there was something telling me to be scared. I wasn’t praying or doing anything. In my dream.
So when I finally woke up it was 4:30 not 3am. I was little bummed out because I wanted to be able to sleep longer lol. But I started to pray. 🙏 I prayed for probably 30 mins or so then I started watching Christian videos. I fell back asleep around 6am. And all I can say is when I woke up at 8am for work. I felt amazing spiritually. It was a time for me to get closer to God.

Wow..I've done that a few times, fall back asleep after Holy Spirit awakens me and then get attacked in my dreams but now I understand better. Get up and PRAY!!!

I’ve been woken up by God the last 2 nights and after I pray the sleep afterwards is heavenly! The peace I felt after praying is insane! I fell right back asleep
Why cant i do that? I never fall back to sleep, with the result that i am extremely tired the whole day!! I really need sleep afterwards, but i cannot fall back into sleep, and then im to tired to take care of my 3 children.

I have been having this for about 4 times now. I sat my prayer. I wake up every time @ 4:22 am.
Ur right n God bless u, two times now I have witnessed God:s presence, sometimes wen I wake up many times at night then I will b like are u sure am not having urinating issues , almost everytime in the night am urinating like pregnant woman but since I wake up I try to check time really I have experience God ,while praying I will b having some kind of cold on my body

I have been waking up at all those hours for some time now , and I pray my self back to sleep , but I will from today get up and pray, last n ight I woke at 230 and prayed for 45 minutes , and asked GOD if it was his will allow me to go back to sleep , and I did until 430 when I got up , thank you I will be more aware starting tonight

I woke up about 2:33 am and felt awake but still tired I kept trying to figure out why I’ve been waking up. I was like well idk what it is so I’m going back to sleep and when I did I had a dream I was around evil spirits. I’ve never had a dream like this. It felt real but I knew it wasn’t and I recited scriptures and the name of Jesus in my dream (never done that) and I could hear it upset the demons they would shuffle (I was in a mansion) but God sent my mother in my dream for protection once I asked him. I also prayed about something that came true in my dream. I found this video this morning and next time I will pray instead of going back to sleep because I was frightened but relied on HIM to get me through. amazing
* woke back up at 4:30am from that dream and I never wake up around that time usually

If I wake up at 4 AM, I'm like "well, time to get up for the day" (I'm a morning person who usually starts her day by getting up between 4 AM and 6 AM depending on the time of year), if I wake up at 3 AM, I'm like "wow, I'm up early for the day" and get up for the day. If I'm up at 2 AM, outside of a two-week productivity challenge I did, I go back to sleep. Any earlier like 1 AM, 12 AM, 11 PM, I just go back to sleep. Unless I can't, then I'm up for the day. One time when I was in high school I had a nightmare and couldn't sleep the rest of that night, then came home exhausted, conked out right after school, then woke up for the "morning" at 11 PM, that was about the most extreme early bird I ever was. I conked out again after school and again got up at 11 PM. Of course the very next night I got lots of sleep to make up for the night with the nightmare and slept until 4 AM and so I was back to normal.
