I don’t find it difficult to take a moment for myself because my days often look like this. While I did my best to capture a majority of my Monday, there’s still so much you’re not seeing. I know the same is true for you! You do all the things, and there’s only so much “they” see or even understand about the load you’re carrying. I’m here to tell you it’s ok to take time for yourself. I’ve made space for that time for you! You don’t have to plan it. You just have to show up. YOU DESERVE REST! If you think you have to earn it, you don’t! If it makes you feel better, let me be the one to tell you YOU’VE “EARNED” THE REST! 🙄😆🥰🤗

So many say cleaning up for the cleaners…why?? Do they charge more ?? Never had one, so I guess I’ll never get that
